Landcon Developers Pty Ltd is a Sydney residential builder creating single dwellings, duplexes and dual occupancy homes across NSW. We were set up with one clear purpose: to deliver a transparent, carefully managed and premium experience during one of the most important journeys of a client's life, building a home.
Our collections cover narrow 9 m lots through to 20 m+ blocks, with three finishes packages and a process that sets out inclusions, assumptions and site costs before you sign.

Meet our Managing Director
Monjur Rahi
Monjur brings a finance background and more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families within the community. He led the establishment and licensing of Landcon Developers.
Known for his commitment, reliability and follow-through, Monjur places trust and long-term relationships at the centre of the business. Under his leadership, Landcon is building a disciplined residential construction platform with the ambition to become one of Sydney's leading builders and developers.
