Should I renovate or rebuild?
It depends on the existing house, what you need and your budget. We can review a rebuild scope and tell you if comparing it with a renovation is worthwhile.
Can I demolish before the new home is approved?
Don't assume so. We recommend settling the new design, budget and approvals first, and we confirm the right sequence for your project.
Can I stay in the house while plans are prepared?
Often, yes, while design and approvals are underway. You'll need to move out before demolition, and we agree the move-out point with you.
Can I keep the pool, driveway or trees?
We can assess keeping them as part of the design. They need to work with the new layout, levels, drainage and approvals.
