Approvals
We prepare the drawings and reports for the right approval pathway: a complying development certificate or a development application.

Construction
We manage each building stage with trade coordination, supervision and quality checks. Any changes are documented as variations.

Completion and handover
We coordinate final inspections and the occupation certificate documentation, then hand over your project records.

Know what's included before you build
Your scope separates the house from site works such as excavation, retaining walls, service connections, driveways, fencing and landscaping. We show what's included, what's excluded and what is still an allowance.

Do I need plans already?
No. Start with your address and what you need. We can help you choose one of our designs or discuss a custom approach.
Will a design fit if my block is wide enough?
Lot width is only a starting point. Depth, setbacks, easements, levels and access matter too, so we review the survey before confirming.
Can I change the layout or inclusions?
Changes can be assessed during design and selections, subject to engineering, approvals and pricing. Changes after signing go through the variation process.
How long will my build take?
We prepare a programme for your project once the scope is clear, covering approvals, site preparation and construction, and keep it updated.
