Rapid construction
Spend less time on site, without skipping the planning.
Prefabricated components, panel systems and modules built offsite can shorten time on site. We assess whether they suit your design, site and approvals before recommending an approach.
How we help
From choosing a method to completion
- 01
Method selection
We compare construction approaches for your design, site conditions and the suppliers available.
- 02
Design and approvals
We coordinate drawings, engineering and product information, and confirm certification requirements before anything is ordered.
- 03
Site and delivery planning
We plan foundations, services, transport access, cranes and unloading, so the site is ready when components arrive.
- 04
Supplier coordination
We manage where offsite components meet onsite work, and track the inspections and decisions needed before fabrication.
- 05
Completion
We finish connections, finishes and external works, and the documentation needed before the building can be used.
- Good to know
Compare the whole project, not the supply price
Foundations, transport, cranes, installation, services and certification can sit outside a supplier's price. A shorter install doesn't always mean an earlier finish, so we compare the complete programme.
Questions
Rapid construction questions
Is rapid construction the same as modular?
No. Modular is one option. Others use prefabricated panels or components, or a mix with conventional building.
Do prefabricated homes avoid approvals?
No. Offsite manufacture doesn't make a project exempt. We confirm the planning and certification requirements for your site.
Will it be cheaper?
Not necessarily. We compare the same completed scope, including transport, foundations, installation and connections.
How much faster will it be?
There's no standard saving. We assess lead times, site work and approvals against a conventional build for your project.
